Reopening Colombia: work resumes in ‘shifts’ in Bogotá

In a phase that the Mayor of Bogotá called ‘the new reality’, Covid-related restrictions have been mostly lifted for the manufacturing and distribution of essential goods (food, beverages, medicines, medical products and devices, pharmaceuticals, cleaning products, disinfection, personal care, and hygiene). For other sectors, work is resuming according to a staggered shift system designed to limit the number of people commuting on any one day.
