ProColombia launches brand-new $6mn strategy

Procolombia, the Colombian agency in charge of promoting international tourism, foreign investment, and non-traditional exports, revealed its new global strategy yesterday. The new campaign, which includes a new slogan, “Colombia the most welcoming country”, has an estimated value of $1.6 million (Co$ 6,000 million). According to ProColombia’s CEO, Flavia Santoro, the new strategy seeks to contribute to the government’s goal of increasing non-mining exports value to $27 billion and foreign direct investment to $11.5 billion in 2022.
