The Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) and Empresas Publicas de Medellin (EPM) signed an addendum to the 2017 loan agreement for the Ituango Hydroelectric Plant (Hidroituango). This addendum does not include changes to the interest rate previously agreed. To date, 50% of the 900 million have been disbursed to EPM. IDB and EPM have a total of 12 loan agreements for $ 2.386 billion.
The Colombia transport regulator filed charges to eight share riding apps, including Uber and Cabify, for $2.1 million (Co$ 8,000 million). The imputations include violation of basic transport regulation and the provision of unclear and insufficient information to users. Companies can yet appeal to this sanction.
